Healia turns the sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate and activity your Apple Watch already records into one daily recovery score — computed entirely on your iPhone, measured against your own baseline, not someone else's average.

Open the app and it works. No sign-up, no email, no password.
Every calculation runs on your iPhone. Health data never leaves it.
Sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and activity, folded into a single score.
Today's score, Watch app and widgets cost nothing. Pro is one-time.
01 — The daily score
Your Watch already collects the raw material. Healia reads it through Apple HealthKit, weighs sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and daytime activity, and compares today against your own seven-day baseline — so a score of 62 means the same thing for you every morning, and nothing about someone else's physiology.

02 — Body age
Alongside the daily score, Healia estimates a body age from six everyday signals, including cardio fitness, HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, activity and BMI. It is drawn as a tree — fuller when the inputs improve, sparser when they slip — which makes a week of bad sleep impossible to ignore.
Body age is a wellness indicator, not a medical measurement. It is meant to make trends visible, not to diagnose anything.

03 — Sleep, in context
Sleep is the input most recovery scores live or die by. Healia shows duration, timing and the segments Apple Health recorded, then places them next to your recent average so a single short night reads as a single short night — not as a trend.

04 — Weekly & Monthly
A single score tells you about this morning. A report tells you about your life. Healia writes a weekly and monthly review in plain sentences: how your HRV moved, how widely your bedtimes drifted, whether this week's sleep actually beat the last one.
05 — The duel
Healia includes a same-room recovery duel: two phones, one local wireless connection, both scores on screen. No pairing ceremony, no Bluetooth dance, no account to link — you are standing next to each other, so the app simply finds the other phone and compares today's recovery.
It started as a way to make an invisible number social. It turned out to be the thing people open the app for.

The score itself is not behind a paywall. Pro unlocks history, reports and manual refresh — bought once, not rented.

Plain answers to the questions people actually ask about recovery, HRV, sleep and readiness.
A recovery score is a single daily number that summarises how ready your body is for exertion. Healia builds it from signals your Apple Watch already records — sleep, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate and daytime activity — and compares today's readings against your own recent baseline rather than a population average.
On the published evidence, yes — and more than sleeping too little. In two UK Biobank accelerometer studies, the most irregular sleepers had 53% higher all-cause mortality than the median, while the most regular groups ran 20–48% lower than the least regular group at matched sleep duration. Neither. Healia reads health data through Apple HealthKit on your own iPhone, computes the score locally and stores the result on the device. There is no sign-up, no user account, no server and no analytics SDK. Health data never leaves your phone.
Healia turns those signals into one composite score you can act on, and adds a body age estimate, weekly and monthly reports you can read back by date, and a same-room recovery duel — while keeping every calculation on-device and never asking you to create an account.
iPhone on iOS 17 or later, with a paired Apple Watch running a current watchOS. Healia reads HRV, resting heart rate, sleep and activity from Apple Health, so any Watch that records those metrics works.
The daily recovery score, today's detail view, the Watch app and complication, the widgets and the duel are free. Healia Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks weekly, monthly and yearly trends, lookback on any past date, manual refresh and the written reports.
No. Healia is a wellness app. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent any disease or condition, and its scores are not medical advice. If you have symptoms or a health concern, speak to a qualified clinician.
